Welcome to general discussion!

Did your Britt make you laugh today? Did he do something so smart, you are blown away? Those puppy teeth causing you to tear up, and you need an outlet? Or do you want to post a picture of his or her latest point? This is the place for it!

Just sent Jacks in, I hope the can find something they can use. He wasn't the most cooperative test subject  . He chewed the end off of one swab and just plain mauled another  .

I dunno.. this seems kind of Big-Brother! And I don't want Monty being accused of some doggie crime he didn't commit! ;)

Ordered a kit.. just waiting for it to get here! :)

We got ours last week. I was wondering if I should wait to send it in until we get a definitive diagnosis on Buckley's knees. The vet suspects bilateral luxating patella which would indicate something genetic but he needs to be examined under anesthesia to be certain.

I had to wait to the point where I thought I wasn't getting one, the problem is I am not sure how long that was.

I just got my kit but need help with 2 questions....

Natural bobtail - yes, no, unknown - what does this mean?
Tail carriage - horizontal, vertical or intermediate - what does this mean?

Thanks!

Correct me if I'm wrong, since I just got my kit too.

Natural Bobatail- asks if the tail was naturally short at birth or was it docked. Some Britts are born with short tails or no tails, but some need to get them docked to get that look.

Tail Carriage- asks how the tail is held by the dog. Like when the dog is on point, does it stand straight up, is it sticking out horizontally, or is it somewhere in between. Storm is more of the vertical tail...Maggie is intermediate.

I'd bet your request fell through the cracks  Best send in another request. I seem to recall it took mine only a couple weeks to arrive.
