Dokken Training Dummy question

Postby rtropeano » Tue Dec 07, 2010 1:40 pm

I bought Daisy a Dokken Training Dummy (not because I'm really training her to hunt because god knows this priss doesn't want to get "dirty") to help with retreiving. She seems interested in it - somewhat- but only picks it up by the head or the cord - never the body part. I got her the Pintail Canard - do you think this might be too big - or does she need to be trained to pick it up by the body part.

Any thoughts are appreciated because I wondered if I should exchange it for something smaller.

I think she just doesn't know where she is supposed to pick it up or perhaps she doesn't like the head flopping around when she is running with it.
