Daisy is doing very nicely in agility - she's now up to do doing a short sequence with the poles (jump-weave-jump)...I'm very proud of her, she's the only one in her class that can do a full set of poles - the others including an Aussie and a Sheltie and the rest of the class have not even closed the poles yet......
Who says a Brittany can't do agility..... LOL....now if I could just get her over teeter fear, we'd be good.
Question on obstacle discrimination, we were running a sequence and I called the wrong obstacle name but Daisy still took the correct obstacle, my instructor
said, don't worry about that, because they really don't know the obstacle name anyway?
If they don't know the names, then how do they know which obstacle to take on a course when there are many obstacles out there? Is it just by hand signals and body position?
I'm curious how your dogs do it?
