I had this done for my husband for his birthday. What a gift!

I cannot begin to tell you what to do - I can only tell you about my own experience and gently suggest you search your heart not only for what you want now but what you want for the rest of your life. I know thats a pretty big ticket - but I went thru something similar 20yrs of being married to a no...

CCL Surgery very worried

Well our 6yr old girl, Jessica may be having surgery next Friday for a partially torn ACL. We are really worried about her and if any one has experience here we appreciate some tips. We are worried about post surgery care - my husband works full time on assignment so is not home; I am worried about ...

Sick dog questions

Well I have spent a very long sleepless weekend; Jessica (ABR adoptee) woke up at 2 am and vomited her food all over the bedroom. It looked totally undigested; like you had just soaked it in water. We then spent several hours of throwing up; yellow foam mostly after the initial. There are several pa...

I too use Photoshop; but it's not for the faint of heart. If you are new to the photo-editing realm check out Paint Shop Pro - Its not nearly as expensive and does a very good job. There is a fantastic user group for support, and you can even sign up for a mentor.

I have it also and do use both.

Picture- 71K - Jessica takes on a Snapper

So funny, you would've thought this tiny snapper was the biggest monster ever seen by the way Jess was barking, jumping and carrying on! We laughed till we finally had to rescue the littel guy and take him off to the woods, to settle her down! Enjoy! http://www.groundworkssoftware.com/images/jess_tu...

Crates or not while transporting

Begfore leaving home for our first transport, I asked Nancy what she knew about the dogs; I think the travel list is a great idea! Thanks for that info. The only thing I have to say about traveling with out a crate is; I had a friend who on the way to a dog show with loose dogs, had a car wreck, dog...

Transport experience

Hello all, last Saturday we did our first ever Brittany Express transport. Have you ever done a good thing, and you know it's a good thing but you end up in tears anyway? Well we transported 3 of the sweetest dogs I think we have ever met. We transported a 10.5 yr old named Brittany, who was just th...

Cujo chipmunk killer

I too have laughed all the way thru this thread, but boy do i feel better. I am glad I am not alone. We noticed one day that Jess was sitting in the side yard, pretty as could be, but was not moving. Upon approach we discovered she had killed a chipmunk, and was holding the prize! She did give it up...
