Re: Just wanted to say Hello!

Re: New pup diarrhea
Just saw this...as usual, Barb has great suggestions, I think...maybe also a probiotic, although I think Barb's suggestion of not changing too much at once is excellent...when we adopted JJ, it took several months for his system to settle down...we tried different things, but in retrospect, I think ...

Re: PJ
I just saw this and am so sorry...I remember great stories about PJ and his adventures...it is always so hard to lose them  Unfortunately, I know what you mean about second guessing yourself, but something my vet said once has stayed with me--no matter how hard it is to let them go, we have to ...

Our classes are also an hour...we have one for people only where we go over the principles of training we believe (we use a marker/clicker and rely positive reinforcement) and then 5 sessions with the puppies...we divide our classes into puppy kindergarten (8-16 weeks) and puppy elementary (16 weeks...

Re: Our litter is 4 weeks old!!!
Sounds perfect!! We also do the Star Puppy program and it is so much fun...As instructors, we love "pass the puppy" where we get our puppy cuddle fix and then, like grandparents, get to give the baby back...and there is nothing better than a group of puppies playing...have fun!!

Re: Our litter is 4 weeks old!!!
Agree with Barb...I help in a puppy kindergarten class and would encourage you to join one asap if you can...absolutely there are some things puppies need to learn from other dogs-- bite inhibition, how to invite play with another dog, how to tell another dog "no." If you can't find a puppy class (u...

Re: Senior dog throwing up meals & falling
so hard when they get older :( There are so many things that could be happening...I think I would call your vet and take Rocky in for a check up...meanwhile, maybe multiple small meals of cooked chicken and white rice throughout the day would be easier to keep down...But, for sure, I'd call the vet ...
