We drain our outside faucets when it starts to freeze at night. Find the shutoff valve(s) controlling your outside faucet(s), turn them off, then turn the faucets ON and leave them that way. You can just wash the tomatoes really well, put them on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then dump them into a ziplock freezer baggie and get as much of the air out as you can.
