I'm wondering how the company owner knew to be at your friends' door if the records were erased and the appointments were erased.

For some reason unknown to me, Tyler has become "Tyler the B" or Tyler B Dewon. Max is "Maxter Baxter." Both will also answer to Mister Good Puppy. :P

Dog friendly people bedding

I bought two cheap quilted cotton bedspreads - they had piping all around the edges. I cut about l/3 off the second spread, turned it face down and sewed it to the right side top of the lst spread. Soooo...when I make the bed, I just throw the pillows toward the top of the bed, pull up the spread, a...

Racoons

I would call both your county Health Dept. and animal control for assistance. Raccoons, as you know, carry rabies quite frequently, and can be a real menace. (I'd bait your havahearts with the vitamins, put it right in front of the dog door, then once the critters are caught, deliver them to the ani...

British Britts

Every once in a while, on the "Dual Brittanys" board, someone gets going on French vs American britts. That board has mostly hunting types. They argue back and forth about whose bloodlines have what, ad nauseam. It goes on for weeks. As far as what you heard the commentator at Crufts say, my guess i...

Vacationing

If I were in Tejas, I'd head for the Gulf .... take the dog... I would NOT go to Arizona. It is miserably hot (my mom lived in Lake Montezuma...near Sedona) even in September...and you'd not be able to take the dog inside at EVERY stop. The things to see (Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, may...

Sawed off teeth

My Tyler's 'fangs' are all four flattened. I think he may have just been born with soft teeth..he has soft fur. Anyway, his got flattened before I realized that it was happening..he loves (loved) his cloth frisbee..but it was always coated with grit from being in the yard. Imagine chewing on sandpap...

Tick questions

I googled on tick killing by heat...and one article said they could be killed on clothing by putting in the dryer on high for l/2 hour. Following that logic, I think I would l. Open all the car doors 2. Spray inside with tick/flea spray 3. Close car up 4. Park in the sun for a long afternoon...that ...
