I'm so glad to hear you're on the road to recovery, Mark! I'm sure you can't wait to get out of the hospital and get back home.

I have a similar picture of Buckley. However, he helped himself to it while I ran to answer the phone during kitchen clean up. Luckily the stew was made in a big metal pot so there was no breakage. Slow-cooked beef is one of those aromas that dogs just can't resist!

Let me contact my old roomie who lives in the Cities now. She doesn't have a dog (yet!) but she has family who does.

Re: Orvis Dog Catalog
I alway love how many Brits are in the Orvis catalog! One of the owners has two or three Brits so maybe there's a bit of bias there?

Re: Is there such a thing as too much Glucosamine?
I suppose you could overdose if the dog ate a jar full of supplement, though not sure that would cause anything more than temporary digestive upset. Yes, "temporary digestive upset" is exactly what happens. We refer to it as the case of the exploding dogs. A couple of years ago, my housemate's dog ...

Those eyes! He's a cutie. I love kids at this age. They're like little sponges and you can really see their personalities coming out. Enjoy! And keep the pictures coming.

Wow, Mark! Sounds like you've been really busy. I'm glad you're back. Starting your own business? That takes some courage! Are you working from home? That would give you lots of time with Gabe (and Monty, of course!). I'm looking forward to hearing about your adventures.

Re: Separation Anxiety Relapse
Buckley is doing well this week. But that's because he's at the boarding kennel. My travel was extended so I had to call to see if they could keep him longer and was told he's doing very well. He loves his kennel; he gets to participate in daycare all day (except for naptime) every weekday and play ...

I love gotcha day! For many of us who don't know our pup's real birthday (or age for that matter!), Gotcha Day is a perfect day to celebrate the start of our lives together. Hope you had a great day with Chester and Roy.

Re: Count Scoutula & His Pack
Great picture! I love how Ms. Charlee is the only one really facing the camera and she can't even see you! Count Scoutula looks very handsome in his cape. @Rose: I love the angelic look on Daisy's face! Buckley has a couple of costumes/ He has a lil' devil hoodie that seems to suit him quite well. A...

Re: Separation Anxiety Relapse
So I took the effort to learn how to record on my webcam and I set up the laptop to record Buckley today. Here's a synopsis of the eight hours I was gone. This morning: 0-10 minutes: calm, emptying Tug Jug 10 minutes - 1 hour: pacing, intermittent howling and barking 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes: fin...
