Night vision

Post by Dave »

I was wondering if dogs have better night vision than Humans :?: I've been walking levi as it's getting dark and he stops and barks at the strangest things  Last evening there was a guy parked by the lagoon we walk around on a motorcycle and he stopped and barked like a wildman at the motorcycle that is , the guy was down on the bank fishing . It was hilarious and he was tough , I thought he was going to bite the tire   He stops a lot as he spots birds swimming and also he see them just standing still , or actually he must scent them . I know most wild critters see much better than humans in the dark . 8) Dave

Barb,

Interesting reading. Its funny that you pulled up an article by Mark Plonsky in Stevens Point. When I lived in Wi, Mark was the one who helped me train Baron for Agility and he's a great all around person.
