New user registration back online

In the aftermath of our spam issues last week, I have spent some time to install various spam countermeasures. I have now turned new user registration back on. Hopefully new spam accounts will be (mostly) blocked. If you are a legitimate user, and have been accidentally blocked as a spammer, please submit a request for an account through the normal ABR site contact us page.
