Oh Joy - It's a Boy!

Puppy time! We got a roan and his name is Major Theodore but we are calling him Teddy. He was born right before Christmas. Just got him yesterday although this has been planned even before he was conceived. He is a great puppy with a super personality.

I am so happy for you and Harlan. Teddy is adorable !!!! I wish I could smell that puppy breath through my computer. I can't wait to see more pics as he gets bigger !!! Congrats to the new parents AND to Teddy who has seriously SCORED !!!!!

Oh, Nancy, he is just GORGEOUS !! And I can see that Brit devilment in those eyes already :D One part of me is green with envy, but another part says "YIKES !!! A year (or more) of trying to stay ahead of a young Brittany :P :P Well, yes, I do remember it's all worth it :D I am so looking forward to seeing and hearing about Teddy, a wonderful addition to a WONDERFUL family :D

I am so very, very jealous! Maggie, my heart dog, was a roan. I am really looking forward to more pictures as Teddy grows up!

I LOVE seeing the pictures you post of Teddy on FB! After we lost Maggie, I haven't been sure if I want another puppy. And now that Sammy is 14 1/2 and really slowing down, I think even more how hard it is to lose a dog. But then I see pictures of Teddy, and I think, maybe........ :)

I have fond memories of my mother's last dog, a Keeshond, named Teddy. He was a great dog!
