Happy Mardi Gras From Rosie

Post by Mike S. »

We ordered a King Cake (a New Orleans Mardi Gras tradition) and had it shipped here to AZ. See below as to who is the most interested in it.. We'll give her a bit tomorrow and hopefully get some more photos - Happy Mardi Gras.

That's pretty funny! Nice to see other dogs that have a sweet tooth just like ours.

yep her nose is into everything and she loves to eat anything.

a king cake has a religious implication and also falls into mardi and has a long history. you can find it on the internet. it is a special cinammon dough baked in a circular shape and sometimes stuffed with cream cheese or various other fillings (optional). They have a small plastic baby in them and the person who gets the baby has to buy the next king cake. the cake also has purple green and gold sugar on them signifying certain things. hopes this helps.
