Did your Britt make you laugh today? Did he do something so smart, you are blown away? Those puppy teeth causing you to tear up, and you need an outlet? Or do you want to post a picture of his or her latest point? This is the place for it!
Well, it's made my day. Darlene sent me a couple more photos. Apparently he's fine on the leash and has no aggression issues with other dogs so he is off to his foster home! Yippee!
what a handsome boy! Congrats on your catch, we are so relieved. I wonder if this foster family realizes they are going to have to join ABR and keep us updated on his new life
Well this story just made my year. You kept at it, fed the dog, and eventually captured him - YOU DID IT!!! But so crazy that he's good on a leash and relatively friendly after all this time. You truly are this dog's "angel." Great job Adele.
I just wanted to add. Your act of kindness to Tramp reminded me of one of my favorite sayings: Saving one dog may not change the world, but it will change the world of that one dog.
Yaayyy!!! You are my hero, absolutely a hero. You totally saved that boy from a miserable life, you are plain and simply AWESOME! This is just terrific.
I just love that face!!! If we didn't already have 3 brits, I would seriously consider adopting that boy! (Of course, DH thinks there are no dogs other than brits, so it probably would have been an uphill battle, anyway....)
Great catch! If ever in doubt about a dog on leash, just use a slip lead. For dogs that may bite or bolt, you can attach a regular leash clipped to the loop of the slip lead. If the dog runs, the regular leash will pull free the slip lead loop. We use that method all the time if we fear getting bit. But moot point. Way to go! If only the world had more people like you.

Well yahoo!!!!!!
Excellent work.
Very little lifts my spirits the way a story of perseverance and love for a helpless animal does.
Such a lovely face- if only he could talk and tell you about how long he had fought to stay alive.
Hoping his days now are spent on a soft dog bed in a loving home tht appreciates what he's been through.
Thank you more than words can say.
