Put in an offer on a house!

Post by Mark »

Until we're sure we have it, I wont say too much (trying not to get my hopes up) but I'll just say-

Monty will LOVE the lot, Jen and I LOVE the lot, and when Gabe is older, he is going to LOVE the lot!

Please keep your fingers, toes, (and paws) crossed! :D

How exciting!! You sure do have ALOT going on in your life. If you get the house then it sounds like you'll have room for another dog and you need something else to occupy all of your free time!! :)

As someone who works in real estate (the legal department of a real estate company), this is totally normal. Where are you looking to buy?

Buying a house is exciting. We just celebrated 10 years in our house yesterday and were reliving the excitement and story of how it came into our hands. Its such a rush! I hope you get it!

Well, dang.....I guess we were just really lucky. We made our bottom line (only) offer and got an yes answer back in 3 hours   Keep looking while you're waiting, and make sure the owners and realtor of the house you bid on get the info that you ARE still looking  Good luck, hope this goes the way you want :D

The problem is that the owner of the house is.. a bank. Said they'd be back to us within 5 days. Going on 4 today, which means we might have to wait until Monday.
