San Diego bans puppy mill sales

I was happy to see my city start reducing the amount of puppy mill sales in the area. I work at a pet supplies store that is close to a pet retail store at the mall, and we get multiple customers daily that have purchased an over-priced expensive "purebred" of various breeds. The store is tiny and is packed with puppies, sometimes they will have 4 or 5 puppies in each wall cage. I hope that these continue in that direction and hopefully we can have people buying more responsibly in the future.
