Did your Britt make you laugh today? Did he do something so smart, you are blown away? Those puppy teeth causing you to tear up, and you need an outlet? Or do you want to post a picture of his or her latest point? This is the place for it!

It's been a long time.
I haven't been on this message board in a few years, something made me think of all of you this morning. It breaks my heart to see that Monty, Maggie and Kayla have crossed over. PJ will be 11 this month and has early signs of sun downer dementia. It looks I need to do some catching up.

Re: It's been a long time.
It's been a tough year for many of us but hearing from old friends always cheers me up
. Just curious if you are doing/giving PJ anything for the dementia. My vet recommended some supplements and I'd be happy to share her thoughts if you have any interest.

Re: It's been a long time.
PJ has been on Prozac for his separation anxiety for almost five years now. My vet said the Prozac and mediation for dementia can not be mixed together and would need to take one or the other. We both decided it was best for him to stay on the Prozac. He cries mostly during the afternoon/evenings. We were told to try to distract him with puzzles or a king so he doesn't get in a routine of crying. Overall he is healthy and we were told to keep doing our long walks. I tried to post a picture, but I don't seem to remember how to do it on here.

Re: It's been a long time.
Sorry PJ is declining. Sounds like Scout. He went gone completely blind and I can hear him crying when we drive up to the house after being away ... sometimes for just a few moments! Maybe we should ask our vet for Prozac. Scout usually calms down after I talk with him. Give PJ a kiss on the nose from me.

So good to hear from you! And PJ is still hanging in there, sweet boy - give him a big hug from me. I hope things are going well for you, do keep in touch!

My mom is a Kat - How cool is that?

Can someone refresh my memory how to post a picture? I remember using photobucket and coping something.
